How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 20 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location.

How can I check my order status?
Just email info@celesialson.com with the name and email address used for the order.

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email info@celesialson.com . If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account). If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at info@celestialson.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
